It looks like you can clearly see a man with a dark shirt and boots. The area at his neck and head is quite distinct and a different color. It looks like he is looking straight at whoever is taking the photo. This is that graveyard where they moved many of the plots to make way for an office development and condos behind it. Maybe it's the ghost of one of those moved dead people. Creepy man!
